Defective or Damaged Product

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at merehauss@gmail.com within 3 (THREE) days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide detailed information about the issue, along with clear photographs of the defective or damaged item.
  • *To avoid disputes, it is recommended to record a video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the entire unboxing process of the package*

Non-defective Product Definition 

  • Stains smaller than 0.5cm, buttons that can be sewn back, slight asymmetry within a reasonable range, 1-2cm measurement error when laid flat, color discrepancies compared to product photos, stitched pocket seams, wrinkles, new-product smell, and minor snags or yarn blending in knit items are considered non-defective.

Replacement for Defective Items

  • If a defective or damaged item is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement for the same item.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for replacements due to defects or damages will be covered fully by mérehaus.
