Quality Assurance

  • We adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure that our cashmere products meet high standards.
  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.

Defective or Damaged Product

  • If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at service@merehaus.com.
  • Please provide detailed information about the issue, along with clear photographs of the defective or damaged item.
  • To avoid disputes, it is recommended to record a video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the entire unboxing process of the package.

Non-defective Product Definition 

  • Stains smaller than 0.5cm, buttons that can be sewn back, slight asymmetry within a reasonable range, 1-2cm measurement error when laid flat, color discrepancies compared to product photos, stitched pocket seams, wrinkles, new-product smell, and minor snags or yarn blending in knit items are considered non-defective.

Defective Item Replacement

  • If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a replacement of the same product.
  • All shipping costs for replacement will be fully covered by Mérehaus.

Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are only available for in-stock items and if the desired size is still available.
  • Please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to request for a size exchange.
  • Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Customers will be responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs for size exchanges.
