運送政策

預購商品

  • 訂單將依據商品頁面顯示的 預計出貨日 安排出貨。
  • 若訂單包含多件預購商品，整筆訂單將在所有商品到齊後 一次性出貨。
  • 遇節慶假期或不可抗力因素 (如天災等)，出貨可能延遲。

現貨商品

  • 訂單通常會在下單後 3–5 個工作天寄出 (不含訂購當日及假日)。
  • 遇節慶假期或不可抗力因素，出貨可能延遲。

混合訂單 (預購 + 現貨商品)

  • 若訂單同時包含預購商品與現貨商品，整筆訂單將在預購商品到齊後一次性出貨。
  • 若希望現貨商品儘早送達，建議將其單獨下單。
  • 若訂單已下且希望拆單出貨，可能需支付額外運費，費用將依據配送地點及訂單金額計算。如需拆單，請聯絡客服 service@merehaus.com.

Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Items

  • Orders will be shipped based on the estimated shipping date shown on the product page.
  • If your order contains multiple pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.
  • During peak holiday periods or due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters), shipping may be delayed.

In-Stock Items

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after placing your order (excluding the order day and holidays).
  • During peak holiday periods or due to unforeseeable circumstances, shipping may be delayed.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once pre-order items arrive.
  • If you would like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order.
  • If you have already placed the order and wish to split it, additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location and order value. Please contact our customer service at service@merehaus.com.
